Since it was mentioned in Sabato...
we may as well take a look at the "Better Know a District" feature on the Colbert Report. The one below stars your Congressman, Jim Moran (D). Do features like this one serve to inform voters, or are they just comedy sketches? Is it a little bit of both? Would you have recommended to Congressman Moran that he should participate in this segment of the Colbert Report?
