This week starts with the Elasticity Exam, the last exam of the first marking period.  We'll then be starting the chapter on Government Intervention by examining taxes (boooooo!!!!!).  This is a relatively short chapter and I expect that the exam for this chapter will be held on the days following Veteran's Day.

This week we'll be continuing the chapter on elasticity.  We'll start this week by staying on Demand: Cross-price Elasticity of Demand (XED) and Income Elasticity of Demand (YED).  Then we'll move on to Price Elasticity of Supply (PES).  The elasticity exam will be held on Oct. 25th (Period 7) and Oct. 28th (Periods 2 and 4).
